How to Get Rid of Cellulite: What to Avoid

Cellulite is more than just fat. It’s fat that’s worked its way up through layers of skins, showing up on the outside of our bodies as dimpled or lumpy-looking skin. Unfortunately, due to the way our bodies are constructed, women will experience this more than men.

So now you’re probably thinking, ‘Great, yet ANOTHER problem we have to worry about and they don’t.’ You are absolutely correct, ladies. We always get the raw end of the deal, don’t we? So, do you want to learn how to get rid of cellulite? It may be as easy as avoiding certain things.

Just before you were about to take a big bite of something, did you catch yourself thinking, “This is gonna go right to my butt!”? Exactly, those are just the kind of things you want to steer clear of.

And this usually includes food high in sugars and saturated fats. All that yummy gooey stuff like cake, sweets, pie, ice cream, cookies, and so on. I know, I understand how horrible it is to avoid the best things in life, but hear me out, ladies… you and fatty foods simply have to part ways.

I do however have a suggestion for how to get rid of cellulite and not miss those things we love so much. Just substitute those yummy foods with other sinfully delightful vices. Buy a new Lexus. Take long hot baths. Go on a fling with a younger man. Buy jewelry dripping with diamonds. Buy a new wardrobe.

Now for the real kicker - we also have to exercise. That’s right. Workouts like aerobics and cardio will shrivel those fat cells, a great way to minimize the appearance of cellulite.

Are you freaking out? Don’t worry, I have a replacement ready! It’s something you already love to do: Shoe shopping. Come on, ladies, we can do it. Now that you’ve learned how to get rid of cellulite, use your knowledge and whip your butt into shape.
