Easy Fasting and Detoxification: Body Beware
Centuries ago, before medicine, drugs, pharmaceuticals, and alcohol - often the reasons behind a body that is sick now and killing bodies from within - there was not at all the need to detoxify and fast. As strange as that might sound, the human body usually is much stronger and capable than we think, and its our own behavior that that determine if are healthy or sick, robbing us of our life. Do you know that the human body has an absolutely amazing ability to detoxify itself? It’s true and it’s a good thing too, because most consumers eat or absorb a seriously high amount of dangerous toxins and ingredients that in effect, poison your body, on a fairly regular basis.
If you eat healthy meals, are interested in pursuing a healthy living and you do not smoke or drink alcohol in out of the ordinary quantities, your body is probably better equipped to cleanse, detoxify and expel the toxins - in fact, you may be absolutely oblivious to the dangers that you are eating in your everyday diet - that you eat throughout the day: breakfast, lunch, dinner and all snacks or meals in between. If you currently smoke or your diet is largely made up of fast food, processed ingredients, artificial ingredients, international cuisine, foods from questionable environments, or what you might be most familiar with, junk food, your body is likely overtaxed and screaming for intervention.
If you are constantly tired to the point you are wondering if you have ‘Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - CFS’, you’re experiencing constant lapses of forgetfulness, lack of focus, or maybe, you often are sick, catching a flu, susceptible to allergic reactions, and catch almost any virus that shows up where you work, you may very well be in desperate need of a health check-up, tune-up, some easy fasting and detoxification, the almighty cleanse or a quick body detox, or worse, you might need a complete health overhaul.
Men and women with such ailments certainly would benefit from studying how to detoxify your body.
Those who have adopted a regular routine of fasting and detoxification, either singularly or in combination, have testified to having more energy, a clearer head, feeling rejuvenated, bragging to their doctor with surprising turn-a-rounds, but the benefits of fasting and detoxification are many, and there simply is not enough room to list them all here, in this arena.
True, there are many health benefits to going through a fast or body detox, but there are also side effects and to be frank, they can be as serious as death if you are not mindful and ignore such ‘medical’, or health warnings. I’m not kidding. There are droves of people who are quick to publish and print in health journals, health forums, or health articles about fasting and detoxification benefits pulled straight from the news, too often labeling such a natural remedy as the ultimate diet pill, or the “miracle” in a bottle, so to speak, that will cure all conditions, ailments and health problems from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet.
But, few even realize, perhaps why the so called experts never bother to publish anything about the down side, or the dangers after or during a body detox - in fact, doing detoxification wrong can cause your death - killing you, if you aren’t crystal clear about the word “death”.
Most people claiming that doing detoxification will eliminate anything and everything.
